Dealing with my daughter’s addiction and overdose death has been the most difficult thing I’ve ever dealt with in my life.  Kelsey suffered terribly during those 10+ years and so did my family. 

I began writing a blog to help me work through my grief.  Through sharing my experience, strength and hope I thought I could also help others heal.  I think by opening up my heart it has helped others to know they are not alone.  And it truly has helped me heal.

Before Kelsey passed, I was on a journey of self-discovery and spirituality.  I do believe she is now pushing me forward to continue exploring, growing and embracing a more spiritually fulfilling life.

My journey includes studying the universal energy force that is Reiki and becoming a Reiki II practitioner.  I feel incredibly blessed that I am now able to share this healing energy with others.

Creating brings me joy.  So I’ve tapped into my creative side by making and selling Junk Journals.  Crafting these journals with inspiration, gratitude and intention has been extremely fulfilling.

Kelsey loved crystals so exploring Crystal Energy brings a special connection to my daughter.  I feel the energy and healing powers in the crystals and am excited to share my crystal collection with you.

I’m continuing to write and post articles on my Blog.  Writing and journaling has always been a way for me to express my feelings.
